Once production begins, custom pieces can't be changed or cancelled. Reach out as soon as possible if something needs adjusting.

For text-based customizations like names and dates, we send a digital proof for your approval before production begins.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Keep it dry, avoid direct sunlight, skip harsh chemicals, and handle gently. Full care instructions ship with every order, where applicable.
